Cool stuff! Man, how did you do those strokes around all stuff in scene, i mean those pink, green, light blue outlines? Did you apply them to the finished work, or to the separate layers? THX!

i think he offset the red and blue channels. in photoshop you go to the channels window and select an individual channel and shift it to the left or right a little bit.
