This is a really good picture. Great use of black and white. I like the use of the full range from black to white especially on the left part ( the structure ). That structure has very sharp contrast that is contrasting with the foggy landscape. Also the sky part is quite important (in area) but the 'emptyness' is filled by the tiny plane line.

I tip my hat!
