Description
Random doodle of Jamie and Pyro in Joey's verse, before everything went downhill. They'd just faced off a small zombie horde and after beating them Jamie was much more of herself than she had been previously. When Pyro asked her about it she replied."As long as I've got my two hero's beside me, I've got nothing to worry about."
Joey is caught a little off guard by the easy display's of affection.
Don't ask about the background or the slightly funky colors. This pic was just for fun, and to have something to replace my old Desktop with till make a better one.

My first reaction when I saw this was, "Is that Joey? ...It IS!"
Aww...she must have been so sad when he 'died'. I wonder if she knows that his ghost is still in his zombified body?
And I wonder if he would have joined them on their adventures had he lived.

No, she dosen't know of Joey's fate, and I hope she never finds out. As for if he'd lived, possibly, but probably not. The plan was to drop him off in civilization before they moved on.

I see, I see. Poor Jamie. And poor Joey. Was it Jamie's fault that it happened? Like, did she cause it by something that happened while they were there? That seems to be a common tragedy in these cases.

She was talking to him and neither of them noticed something coming up behind him. She blames herself because when she'd first met Joey he would never have let himself get distracted enough for that to happen.

I actually think that background's really cool. A little random, sure, but still really cool. It might be my affection for yellowy greens XD it works well for the pic, whatever the case!

He's a "Feral" A kid who was stranded without parents in the infected zone. Most of the land has yet to be reclaimed from the Zombie horde so there are an unfortunate amount of ferals out there.
