The Jackdaw Fog at the Flask Skyscraper

Each evening before the sunset, all of the Jackdaws of Tartu gather on the top Tasku skyscraper and form a unified dark fog cloud to head on as a heavenly mollusc to fly out into the night. Before leaving the skyscraper’s roof they have a long look in the reflection of the flask shaped skyscraper and ask themselves if they are monstrous enough at this evening to show their faces above the town. It’s appropriate to conclude yes but to respect the traditions, it’s best to say no, otherwise it would be impolite.

The Jacks and Jills in the Jackdaw cloud don’t waste time in making or studying something themselves, they never complicate things by seeing the point of problems of other monsters and sometimes after a really intense explosive visual review on others, they can’t find their eyepupils for months because those got sucked into a massive eyeroll cyclon and it’s reasonable to hope they will return to their place in the center of the eyeball themselves at one point, but you can’t count on it. But the members of the Jackdaw cloud are very lean, so it evens out all the previous. The true conviction of the town’s people is that the Jackdaw fog members hold up the highest of standards and are suitable for creating an exclusive exhibit of personal gold on it for two to four years and later cleverly ask half of it back in court. This custom is spreading so it’s reasonable to conclude that extra help in the field of carrying the gold around is desperatly needed and due to that the Jackdaw fog is exclusively renting it’s necks to all of the ladies and gentlemen, who’s hands are hurting from carrying gold around.

Igal õhtul enne päikseloojangut kogunevad kõik linna hakid Tasku katusele ja moodustavad seal ühtse udupilve ning suunduvad taevamolluskina tantsides öösse. Enne katuselt lahkumist vaatavad nad hoolikalt oma peegeldust Tasku hoone akendelt ja esitavad küsimuse, kas nad on piisavalt koletislikud, et linna kohale lendama minna. Võib nentida, et on, aga traditsiooni mõttes peaks ütlema, et pole, muidu on ebaviisakas.

Hakipilve hakid ei raiska aega millegi ise tegemisele ega õppimisele, nad ei aja kunagi asju keeruliseks teiste koletiste probleemides mõtte nägemisega ja mõnikord pärast eriti tugevat visuaalset teiste arvustusvalangut ei leia nad oma pupille mitu kuud järjest üles, sest need on pöörde tsüklisse jäänud ja võib loota, et need kunagi ise silmamuna keskele tagasi saabuvad, aga selles ei saa kunagi kindel olla. Kuid hakipilve liikmed on toonuses ning see silub ebatasasused. Linnarahva veendumuste kohaselt on hakiudu moodustajad kõrgete standardite kohaselt sobivad olendid, kelle kaela oma kuld eksklusiivseks väljanäituseks paariks-neljaks aastaks asetada ning siis hiljem kavalalt kohtu kaudu pool tagasi küsida. Kuna see linlaste tava on juba üsna levinud ja selle alusel võib järeldada, et abi kulla tassimise valdkonnas on lisajõud hädavajalik, siis rendib hakipilve koletis oma kaelu võrdväärselt eksklusiivselt kõigile daamidele ja härradele, kel kulla tassimisest käsi valus.
