Description
OVERRUN is Edward's transformation of a Speedster from planet Earth of the DC multiverse.

Origins: The name Overrun comes from the fact that with his speed, Edward can overrun almost anyone with this transformation.

DNA Source: Wally West (Rebirth).

Appearance: Overrun is very similar to the Flash of the DCAU, with his color pallet swapped to silver and green. The Omnitrix symbol is located on his chest.

Powers:
- Enhanced Physiology: The meta-gene confers Overrun of superhuman strength, durability and dexterity.
- Super Speed: Overrun can move, travel, think, process information, learn and react to absurdly fast MFTL speeds and in the matter of attoseconds, this also allows him to phase, increase the speed of his natural regeneration, and enhances the power of his attacks.
- Cosmic Awareness: Overrun can sense the disturbances in the space-time continuum.
- Matter Manipulation: His aura can manipulate physical and chemical reaction.
- Electric Manipulation: Overrun can create and manipulate an incredible amount of electric energy.
- Multiversal Barriers Bypass: Using the Speed Force as a street, Overrun can travel to other universes.
- Kinetic Energy Manipulation: Overrun can absorb the kinetic energy from other objects or people.
- Time Travel: Overrun can travel through time by tapping into the Speed Force and using it as a street to run to a specific point in time, create duplicates of himself by bringing future versions of him from a few seconds in the future called "time-remnants", and even isolating himself from changes or the destruction of an entire timeline.

Weaknesses:
- Energy Vulnerability: Various types of energy can still affect him even while moving at great speeds.
- Limited Kinetic Manipulation: Overrun can't alter the kinetic energy of objects that gain their speed from time manipulation or transcend it.
- Running Surfaces: If he is a surface with no friction at all, he cant run.
- Excessive Speed Force Use: If he uses the Speed Force excessively and recklessly, it can result in him being permanently trapped in it.
- Speed Force Cut Off: If his connection to the Speed Force is diminished or cut off, his powers get affected or don't even work at all.
- Limited Time-Space Manipulation: He cannot travel through time or universes outside the DC multiverse since the Speed Force only exists there.
- Caloric Consumption: Overrun needs to eat great quantities of food to replenish the calories he burns while using his speed.
- Instant Transmission: He can't move from one place to another instantly even though it appears he can and as such, being capable of teleporting instantly can bypass his speed.

Commentary: Overrun is a meta-human, which is only different from a regular human due to the meta-gene, take into account that meta-humans are very different from mutants, since the meta-human gene technically is present but inactive in most if not all humans in DC, while mutants like the X-Men of Marvel, are the only ones with the x-gene, which makes the Prototrix not consider meta-humans as mutants, but as a sub-species of humans in its database, to the point that if a non-human had the Prototrix, they could choose to become a human or a meta-human as sub-species of the same race, similar to the case of Upchuck with the Perks and the Murks. This is not Edward's fastest transformation, though it has the potential to be way faster and increase his speed if given enough time, but in his normal "top speed" is not the fastest.
