Description
RIFT is a Naljian transformation, an interdimensional species that inhabit an upper position of existence. He is one of Edward's most powerful transformations.

Origins: The name Rift was inspired by the fact that Edward scanned the DNA of a Naljian he encountered while being in a dimensional rift one of the first times he travelled trough the omniverse. Fun fact, the Naljian was just casually strolling through various planes of existence wanting to visit The Axolotl (from Gravity Falls), when suddenly Edward just appeared in front of him and blew his mind for seeing a three-dimensional being in the fifth dimension.

DNA Source: A random Naljian that Edward encountered in when he accidentally ended up in the fifth dimension when he tried to travel to another Universe using the Prototrix.

Appearance: Is a tall blue slim energy based humanoid engulfed in blue flames. The Omnitrix symbol is located on his chest.

Powers:
- Dimensional Traveling: Rift can teleport across dimensions in a flash of light.
- Great Lifespan: He can easily live for millions of years.
- Invisibility: By traveling to higher spatial dimensions, he appears invisible to those not able to perceive the dimension he is currently in.
- Multi-Dimensional Perception: Rift can see in various dimensions simultaneously, the exact number of dimensions he can see is unknown but 26 is believed to be at least the bare minimum.
- Multi-Dimensional Telepathy: Rift can directly communicate his thoughts and feelings between people's minds without the need to use speech through multiple dimensions.
- Multi-Dimensional Telekinesis: Rift can hold, manipulate, move and control objects through various dimensions.
- Enhanced Intelligence: His Multi-Dimensional Perception allows him to comprehend various planes of existence and how they work.
- Reality Warping: Rift can alter reality to a certain extent, specially Space, which he controls almost completely with ease.

Weaknesses:
- Limited Reality Warping Abilities: Being multi-dimensional doesn't mean he controls every aspect of those dimensions. Though Rift is certainly powerful, as a multi-dimensional being able to control Space almost completely with ease, this is not the case with other relativistic aspects of reality such as Time, which means that being that controls or overpowers Space or this other aspects as can hurt him and kill him.

Commentary: This is one of Edward's TOP 10 transformations, his position in the top was the number 5 but this changed aster Edward added some other transformations to his catalog.
