He would never go away. He was always by the boy's side, watching him. I don't know which I dislike more, the cause or the effect. But in a way they're not that different. In a way they're the same. In a way I hate them both.

The dichotomy is striking. It is simplistic, but intentional. Your rough lines really add to the piece. A smoother line would not have had the same disconcerting effect. The half in dark has eyes that remind me of diamonds, and I do enjoy how the half in light seems almost dismissive.

One characteristic of great art is how every human who sees it can recognise themselves or the world they know in it. You manage this with stick figures. This one is at least as creepy as the other ones.

This is a very simple artwork, and that's what I really love about it. By that, I mean the message your trying to send to people is very clear, the hair and the eyes and the mouth has its own texturing. "Pessimistic and Optimistic" message is the message that you are trying to send through. I love how you put in tremendous amount of effort trying to pass on to the message with your artworks.

I don't think I've seen anyone on deviant art who has a drawing style like yours. it's almost a contradiction- your people are stick figures, but it's clear you've put quite a lot of effort into both the message and the hair.

Good and evil, intertwined and dependent on each other's existence. One could literally not exist without the other, if only because there'd be nothing to compare it to. One can't, however, expect any sort of behavior from either side, and thus both can become very despicable in certain eyes.

This gives me the 'yin yang' kind of feeling. I would say, no matter how simple are your drawings and technique, you really spill expressions on your papers and this tells us that everyone, even a simple person wear masks. Everyone has a true inner self. Well done.

#This one is kinda simple. There is no subtility, no fuss, there is the duality. Black or white, darkness or light, evil or neutral etc... And then, in your comment, you remind us that they're the same (one) so it's remind us that what we see is not what it is. One depends on the other and vice-versa, they are as grey the other.
