Let us just say that Constantine didn't put any lotion during the summer and leave it at that, ok?

So, today I was typing away, not really paying attention, and then bam: I realized I had used real-world countries in the book! But I do not rewrite. So, I decided to set the story in Germany, since it is in German, and leave it at that.

But then I included kobolds...

I wonder what my house words should be?
We do not rewrite!
Or?
The crack is strong in this one.

So, yeah, this story turned into a monster hunter novel that has to do with evil vampires who have robbed Germany of its snow... even though there was snow there like a week ago when my brother last called. However, let us say that it is practically spring like in here in Bulgaria, and leave it at that.

Shush now, just leave it at that.

And please, please, ignore the fact that three vampires from the Vampire: The Masquerade are walking around in broad daylight. It is just in here for the picture. In the book, they are hiking along the Ampersteg at night, to... kill some kobolds and take their possessions. I saw this lovely picture of a bridge when I researched the hiking trail, and figured I can have a battle over the bridge. You know, three vampires against a tribe of kobolds...

Why do my German stories all end up as crack? And I had such high hopes for this one. I think I will post the first chapter tomorrow, since I edited 7 chapters today. Today I wrote just 2.5 chapters, but I reached the 10k point, so that is something, at least.

Also, I won't die soon! My doctor did put me on a diet of no fatty meats and no sugar, but that is ok. I can do this!
