THe Helibreed is the evolutionary result of a dragonfly, 400 000 years into the future.

Sweet water is scarce, and these (for a dragondly) intelligent creatures are living in a symbiose with humans, where their ability to fly far and wide have given the role of water collectors, in exchange for food and shelter rom the few natural enemies still present.

Over time, biotechnology has been fully incorporated by the humans, including an engine for increased speed, to cover a larger area daily, and direct voice link for communication with their host family B3D
