Description Lateral view. This genus of diitchtyan is very widespread in the oceans and seas of Polinices. There are more than twenty species, most of which inhabit shallow waters. They have bright colorations, possibly as a way of communication. They hunt small soft preys that they unearth with a jet of water thanks to anyone of their two siphons. Later it is swallowed by one siphon and taken to the true mouth, located in the center of the body, under the eyes.

Actually they work like mouths, because they are responsible for sucking and catching food. but the true mouth, serrated and united to the two stomachs, is located in the center, covered by the "mantle". The siphons also fulfill the function of jet propulsion
