its kinda like smoking pot but in the Middle East they have a lot of flavored added into it to satisfy people with different tastes. Also it's effects are not that similar to pot because it makes u high true but it's not as strong as pot.

Love this piece...the little details really make it pop.
And, just cause it's bugging me after reading the comments, hookah is the water pipe, as described. Sheeshah is the flavored tobacco mixture placed in the bowl at the top that is then smoked.
