Description
A piston out of a locomotive engine in comparison to my hand, even though it is upside down. Locomotive pistons are BIG pieces of equipment, not to mention the engines they come out of.
I am told that this came out of an EMD 645 series engine (Specifically, it came out of locomotive A85). That would mean it is from an EMD 12-645E3B engine, a nice sounding peice of EMD technology if you ask me! (I think that the A class and second series N class sound cool personally). It may heve even been this piston that helped make this noise --->

(A85 is second unit).
