Yea, she looks a lot like Aiko, but she is a lot smaller compared to her sister. I will change her at some point in time when I do another pic.I'm not telling yu why she evolved because it's not your business. It is a storyline, and it's not, so you might see her in her Pichu form when I get around to it.
That is her new collar Aiko gave her as a present. It shows how much she cares for her baby sister
