Billy Mays here from beyond the grave with a fantastic product! This is soap that will get you clean WITHOUT altering your body or gender! This is 100% lilith-proof product!
(Disclaimer at bottom of screen reads: only effective against body-wash delivery. Manufacturers cannot be responsible for satyri transforms which occur by other means.)

So Cat-Scratch victims have human legs?

Most do, although many have larger 4 toed paws for feet. some rare ones degenerate into quadrupeds

What if some poor, unlucky soul got 'Soaped' and 'Scratched' simultaneously? So that both magics are completely equal?
Would you get a furry demon or a squeaky cat?

Could you possibly do the other side then? Fuzzy Satyri?

"Mostly wanted to show how Satyri legs looked next to humans with normal legs so you can get a sense of perspective", you said.
That's what I need to know. Nice lecture, thank you.

Doc: "Well the good news is that the soul matrix and core are stable. You are still you in there."
Kayla: "But what about THIS?!" *indicating crotch*
Doc: "well it is biologically functional after the physical exam..."
Kayla: "That's NOT reassuring."

Alternatively:
Rowan: "Yes, I AM a biomancer, but there's a problem here...I'm not sure how to work around a body image template like this. It's rarely done, and even then only in cases where the BIT leads to a life-threatening effect. That and there's the latex skin..."
Kayla: "ENGLISH, please!"
Rowan: "If I try to make you a human boy again, either the BIT will force you back to your current state, or I'll succeed."
Kayla: "There's a chance you'll succeed?"
Rowan: "This isn't like seeing someone with their clothes off. Your latex skin won't change back with you. You'll end up with your SKIN off."

Yeah. Manipulating life down to the molecular level...even THAT has its limits.

DPRagan In reply to DolphinSilverwolf [2011-11-29 17:42:34 +0000 UTC]
Well there's your problem! You're only going down to the molecular level, you need to think subatomic son that and Matter-energy conversion.

Well, as long as it's part of living tissue, but that's seriously more advanced biomancy. One wrong move and you have more radioisotopes in the body than which should naturally occur.

Aw, loving and supportive family scene. Was there more drama surrounding Mark's transformation though?
Have you thought about a scene of a new satyri returning to school and dealing with his/her friends as a different race/sex?

Hmm, do their legs have an extra joint in them, or are Satyris' (satrii's?) lower legs bent at an angle?
Which brings me to another question; have clothing manufacturers already started producing satyri compatable clothing? Because those trousers seem to fit her legs far too well...

DPRagan In reply to BisectedBrioche [2010-03-12 16:17:39 +0000 UTC]
Same number of joints as a humans, only knee to Ankle is extremely short, while ankle to toenails are extremely long.
There where already manufacturers in place due to Cat-Scratch.

BisectedBrioche In reply to DPRagan [2010-03-12 16:28:20 +0000 UTC]
Oh yeah. I can see it now (the joint below the knee looks like a heel).
And satyris can wear clothing intended for cat scratch victims? Their legs look pretty different.

A series of strains of anti-biotic resistant bacteria that developed over the last decade or so. I guess they didn't really make the headlines everywhere, but there was a few cases a few years ago over here of people dying of it because doctor's/visitors didn't wash their hands in hospitals.
Basically drugs won't work on it as well but infections can be avoided with proper hygiene. Hence the advertising gimmick.
