Amaterasu from Okami
I've never played the game, but I got inspired by *Kaze-Hime 's fanart of her, so I don't really know whether there's actually a human form of her in the game...
And yes I know she doesn't need a paintbrush, she's a god!
So yeah, I really hope to get the game soon and play once I have a long period of free time, ...(like christmas) cause it looks fun.
And the bottom three characters is my chinese name

It's so cute! And I think the brush is fantabulous! Lots of mythic deities have weapons and junk i.e. Thor's hammer, Poseidon's trident and so forth. So why not Ammy?

I THINK she has a human form? I think it just depends on what you want to believe. Personally while I like to think the gods are depicted as they are, it'd be pretty interesting if the gods had a human form that they hide, maybe to reserve it for mortals?

It's implied in the game that she has the form of a white-haired maiden. The ghost of the shrine in Kusa Village tells you that (forgot his name) so Capcom left me wondering if they're ever going to release her human form or not xD
