WOO Here's the fully completed version of my long-awaited NORSE PICTURE unfortunately, my art teacher CROPPED it a litttle, otherwise you could see the rest of the edge leaves and the Hati's back-end (the wolf chasing the moon) BUT OH WELL.

WALL OF TEXT Explanation:

YGGDRASIL = The world tree that supports the Norse universe, and Eagle(unnamed/Hresvelgr) lives at the top, the Nidhoggr dragon chews on its roots in NIFLHEIM (the underworld), the squirrel RATATOSK runs up and down the tree carrying insults between the two (or he's just making them up to cause trouble); the MIDGARD SERPENT surrounds the human world, MIDGARD. Connected to Midgard by BIFROST (the rainbow bridge) is ASGARD (land of the Gods, here I based that on Norse Halls).
In the sky, we have SKOLL and HATI, wolves who chase the sun and the moon respectively, and wayyyy over to the right is YOTUNHEIM, the icy land of the Giants.

And I added Odin's crows HUGINN and MUNINN to the top corners just for the sake of emphasizing the Norse-ness of it all. (and plus, their jobs were to fly out every day and visit the NINE worlds and tell Odin everything they learnt)

Ok about the NINE worlds, I only drew the central and important ones here. there's like, worlds for the light and dark elves and dwarves and other stuff so please bear with me not including those for the sake of room and confusion.
