Well, the body is really well done but the face could use a little work... and somehow the head doesn't seem big enough for the rest of the body. You should make the shadows more defined on the left sleeve so it and the right sleeve look the same. And lastly, the resolution is HUGE--if you want people to check it out in full view, you should reduce the size.

Hope this helps a little.

Yes it does. Thanks.. I dont draw any more really.. at least not for pleasure. I only draw if someone asks me to draw something and do it as a tattoo on them.
As for the resolution, I am sorry for that, I am will be reducing the size.. I just bought this scanner today and started using it today. LOL. I am new at that part.
But thank you for the criticism. If I ever start drawing in my spare time again, I'll be putting everything to use thatb people offer me.
P.S. I do everything in ink pen. I dont start out in pencil or anything. 100% ink pen and some highlighters/markers. I do that because of the tattoo business I am in. When you make a line on someone.. it's permanent. So if I make a mistake, I need to work with it.

oh wow! I didnt' know it was all from scratch, that's quite amazing. I have a lot of respect for tattoo artists because they can draw pretty much perfectly from scratch. I could never do that!

Congrats on the scanner, I hope to see more from you soon! If you ever do start drawing again, I'll gladly critique you if you like!

Thank you for the very nice compliment. I am very proud of the artwork I do with my pens. I need to start back up, I just cant squeeze the time in. I gotta get some sleep too. LOL.
Tattoo artists kinda cheat though. The skill is definitely there... but they mostly start from a stencil. (As do I) There are many who do mostly freehand work.. but the mass majority use a guide/stencil. Makes things 100x easier.
And dont say you can never do anything. I beleive anyone with a slight art talent can tattoo.. it's not hard really. Just practice. The best way to practice for beginners.. is to tape 2 D size batteries onto the top of an ink pen and then draw stuff. Practice the shading... and everything. Tattoo shading is a lot different than using a pen.. but it's a perfect start to the process. Give it a try and you'll see what I mean.
I am amazingly open to suggestion and criticism. I am always looking to improve at everything I do.
***Man I just made like 40 typos in one sectence. Is that a record? I have to be the fastest - worst typer in the country. I type fast as hell and make 40 typos, then correct them in the same time it takes everyone else to type perfectly the first time. LOL. ***
Well I am off to go play on my Vollyball league. Wish me luck.

Well even for someone who was just looking to improve their drawing skills on paper, sticking two D batteries on a pen would definitetly make your hand stronger, that's for sure!! XD

Good luck!!

And teach you to control your motor skills more precisely. Using a Pilot Fine point v-ball pen will have the best results.
