NOBODY is allowed to use this in any wayAlrighty. My brother suggested I make a series of pictures based on this dragonanalei.deviantart.com/ar… for the rest of my characters. I sorta kinda like this one. Idk. I don't really like the water.....or the background..... but whatever. that's what practice is for.
Anyways. this is my OC, Constance. She is the Fairy of the Oceans (hence the title X3)
I'm not sure if I want to do the rest of them. What do you guys think?
