Ever pull out an old old drawing/painting from storage and wonder what the blerk you were thinking when you put it down believing you were finished? I decided today that one of them awful ones needed a little discipline with a re-touching. This one's been lovingly titled from 'Snow Queen' to 'That Snow Leopard Painting That'll Conclusively Never Be Perfect,' but you can view (and laugh your arse off at) its original pre-touched-up version here [link]Far as the cat goes, I must say you can press a few corners till it looks like a regular house/bobcat or something... So if there's anyone who's weary if it looks like a snow leopard, yeah, I kinda have a habit of somewhat 'chibi-fying' animals. (giving a big head/ears, big eyes, and small muzzle) It matters not cause it's doubtlessly better than before lol... here's beggin pardon for the chestal fluff appearing crudely slapped on though, I was really in a big hurry to rescue this one XD

with acrylics paints just fill in the basic blue shades+black spots, then with lighter grays/whites basically just dip a small round brush and stroke every strand of fur till your brain's numb

For me these is your best art in gallery, I really like these, many of details, good realism, nice pose, and I don't see anatomical mystakes, as many in that kinf of pics. I'd like the scratches on the nose, little nice detail. But i don't like the nape, which is simply smooth and I achieve big impression of not replacing a missing object on him "protruding hair" as and lazinesses at that place. However thus I give + fav
