This is my Galactic Dragon concept, Just a head shot tho.I actually have the whole race planned out and there is a reason. My addiction with Doctor Who, I needed a way to place myself in the story without losing the fact that I like to be a Dragon in my stories. I may end up Writing a bit of a history lesson, because I really do love all that I thought up.
