Just some electric icey stuff. If the pulsating rings hit something it will freeze so it can't move and electrocute it.(Oh my gosh electrocute does NOT look right but spell check says otherwise)

Well I don't have all her moves planned out yet but I'll tell you the ones I've thought of.
She can weave ice and create sculptures out of them, and summon a light snowstorm or a violent blizzard. She can also do just a simple electric shock and summon lightning from above. Her most deadly move however is she can drop her enemy's temperature to absolute zero and then blast them with electricity and this usually results in a KO but it takes a lot of energy out of her to do it.
