I was looking at champions that i was interesting in getting and was absent mindidly looking through their skins, and the second i saw Kennen's arctic ops skin, i wanted to draw it. XPRelated content

Kennen is an adorable champion, but i've never got the chance to play him in a free rotation, so I don't know if hes good or not. (even though i'm always killed by him I still not sure.
