...i was actually trying to make a sort of pale ice blue eye, but it kept looking kinda gray so i made it more bright and with a super-contrasting dark outline.
i added the glowy swirl so it would look less plain.

This eye is meant to be of Kayla, the little sister of the main character in my story.
This unnatural eye color typically signifies that she is either going to develop mind-related powers or get a dragon, in her case the first of the two (telekinesis, healing powers, astral projection (maybe), and possibly some others).
In my story, most humans only develop 1 power, though can develop a few more that are closely related to the first. Kayla develops an unusually high number of powers because she is part of an ancient prophecy and it's necessary for her to have extra strength to fulfill it.
