I really, really, don't want to sound mean, but that is the farthest thing from cute, specially for a female,
imo there is nothing cute about a dragon, or a dog, the truth is, I didn't want to say this, which is why I face palmed instead, but there are so many ways this picture could be better, either by improving your drawing style or by drawing something else, it really isn't that hard to apply basic shading and lighting and colouring it with a less invasive colour palette and there are many things cuter than a dragon, now again, this is only my opinion, you don't have to take it seriously and I only said it because you asked so consider this a critique, I personally don't give a crap about this drawing anyway,
Also it's ironic that you draw this since your name is "dragonkiller" lol.

its ok, cute things arent my thing (with my personality thats one of the things you will rarely see), and ramdom drawings are ramdom, and sometimes weird, and im still learning how to draw with my computer, tips are welcome, and everyone misunderstand my user name, i love dragons, the name always gives the meaning of killing dragons, but i will never harm one
