Ah Well. This was Obvious, wasn't it?Black Butler's Undertaker fighting Bleach's Urahara.
Both are Shinigami out of Service. Both have a Shop. Both Interact with the Main Character, but are more awesome than him. Both got a Nice Hat. Both got a Similiar Hair Style.
Urahara is a Vervet Monkey, Undertaker a Griffon Vulture.

Urahara is one of my favourite Bleach characters and yes, he is cooler than Ichigo.
I don't know Kuroshitsuji well enough to comment, but since Urahara is the only character in Bleach who manages to be a bigger troll than Aizen, I'm guessing the Undertaker is probably a massive troll too.

And he's pulling the Mihawk. Cut appart an entire Ship with a scythe, can hold his ground against two Shinigami and a Demon while keeping his grin and he's making Zombies.
