EDIT: Okay, I've calmed a bit since I posted this, and just wanted to talk about it a little. First off, I've always loved Pegasus Whooves. However, the Pegasus version of the Doctor has appeared significantly less often that the earth pony version, and the winged version has come to be associated with Discord Whooves, so I rarely draw our dear Doctor with wings. However, I think wings fit a Steampunk theme very well, so you'll be seeing him with wings again, I assure you.
Second, this is a picture about how those who look the shyest on the outside have a warrior within, and some who look the strongest are broken warriors inside. Right now I feel like my warrior is getting broken, like my wings that allowed me to have freedom and joy are injured, and the repairs I try to make are just temporary remedies that leave things still hurting.

Take this however you want, I don't really care. I just took a break from my comic the other night. (it's almost done now. It's only 6 panels long, but I'm painting it pretty detailed)

Anyways, I took a break just to let out some emotion in this. It's all Steampunk-ish and Whump-y. You probably would need a way to let it out too if your dad was the best guy you knew but your mom hated him for some unknown reason and they were yelling a lot and arguing with you while you were trying to spend time with them at Christmas. Oh, and if your mom literally yelled at you for being too happy.

Yeah. It's like that.

Now, for a formal apology...

Dear Doctor Whooves,
I'm so sorry I keep taking this stuff out on you and I hope that you understand. I promise I'll make it up to you very soon by making lots of happy cute stuff for you to enjoy being in!
