These are some practice sketches I've been doing and I figured they'd be of more use if I posted them where other people can use them, too.The book I got these poses from is How To Draw Manga: Male Characters, and I swear it's a godsend. I highly recommend getting it if you can - it explains the male figure in greater detail than I ever could. You won't be dissapointed!

mmm, i really like these sketches, you capture the male body very well, plus ahmaru is a total bish! hehe. I have the how to draw female characters book, they're really good books aren't they, definatly recommended for anyone who draws alot of manga

Ahh, I want to see that that movie!!! But all them little kids in the theater being loud plus no one will go with me, and my sister already went without me. *Sigh* I'll just wait until it comes out on video, but it's not the same... T_T

it was cool when we went, there were only like, 3 other people in the cinema lol. that sucks that no one will go with you. cause the cinema that's showing it is quite far away from us (the one in our town isn't showing it! grr) we forced our dad to take us hehe. he was upset cos mai was hardly in it (yes my dad has an unheathly anime girl obssesion hehe)but it's no where near as bad as mine

I love being in an empty or nearly empty theater - I'm always misbehaving. X3 Your dad is too funny! No one in my family likes anime except my little sister (only a little bit) and my mom will only watch Yu Yu Hakusho with me. It's kind of a tradition we have. ^_^

lol,well my dad likes it, my brother is almost as obssesed as i am, and my mum likes it too. in my living room, where most people have a mirror or a painting over the fireplace, we have a cardcaptor sakura wallscroll hehe, and a final fantasy one on the back wall, and a sailor moon one on the landing upstairs, seriously u can't move in this house without seeing or falling over sumthing anime, s'all good! (we're not obssesed, honest!)
