Merry Christmas to !See, this cool person, , set up a Secret Santa art trade thingie-ma-hoo. A bunch of folks entered their character with a reference, and Enaxn shuffled 'em around and gave them to other people to draw for a surprise Christmas gift.
So I was given this cool guy, Links Snowberry, owned by Halcyonvermilion. He's like a lynx, or a lion, or a caracal lion, or all three mixed together. XD Either way, I don't own the character.
Anyway, I'm really, really pleased with how this one turned out. I had fun with light and shading, and I really liked how Links there turned out--he's awfully cute, isn't he? The candle I painted turned out a little weird, but ah well. I had a lot of fun painting this anyway.

GLOWS MAKE ALL THINGS BETTER <3 omg this is AMAZING!! It's so serene and gorgeous and I just looooove it! I love those soft and snowy trees in the background and those pretty poofy clouds and that SNOW! Look at all the tiny poofy fluffy snowy snow FLAKES! Omg I just love it! Plus the candle glows so welel sdfkbndgf. I love how the candle lights up the character like that. It's so pretty gah. Your lines are so floofy and pretty and omg I just love that cheek fluff. Right there so fluffy omg yes. The shading is so pretty too. All that lovely candlelit awesomeness. So so pretty! Thank you so much for joining! <333
