Oh, Navy! Lol, I should have guessed, since I was talking with you about Navy in your journal a couple of weeks ago. XD
The grainy texture looks nice, it gives the drawing a refreshingly different appearance. I like the reflective highlights and shading on the belly plates.
It seems like he's playing a mid-air version of tag, as though he's looking for the dragon that's chasing him.
Shame that ~A-wisp-of-straw has still not been active.
