You can get the best references, learn about the human body in the best way trought that actually, weird or not, but nude, artistic nude, which I have worked with severeal photogrephers trough out the years, porn thumb galleries has loads of references.

It can be tricky to find useful poses AND enough contrast to define the shape well in the same set of pics tho :S
