No, this one is carved in metal clay and turned into silver during firing. Then some soldering and voila.

firing? as in using a kiln? i'm unfamiliar with the process of using metal clay

Well this is very hot "firing", in temperature close to melting point. Basically it's so called powder metallurgy. You will find everything under "metal clay".
