Hes a bit of a brat and kind of hard to understand. Although he looks cute I wouldn't recommend touching him unless you want him to bite you or have him growl at you. If you are lucky you might be able to hold a conversation with him but don't get your hopes up unless you have some fish on you he will keep his distance or walk away.
