once again, zuixii.
Yes, this is the same picture as the reference; although instead of just cell-shading, I added all sorts of effects.
Holy cow I worked hard on the background! Those are clouds from SCRATCH! I experimented with a ton of tools in this picture and in the end was great practice.
not to mention all the different texture brushes I used.

Those textures work so well with it. The spots and stripes are an awesome touch.
WOAHHH. I LOVE THE BACKGORUND. You made that from scratch?! wow.. Looks like a real picture, but the colours were jest played around with or something.. If you have the background on a seperate layer and didn't merge it, I say you keep it and submit it as a regular deviation.
This looks like it took a life time to colour... It's so pretty. I think it's your best colouring and background on anything so far.

I think overall though I got lucky. I wont be able to pull this off again. xD I don't think I'd have the patience anyways. lol

Seriously? Only 4.5 hours? x_____X;; But then again, I guess it is easier with a tablet, right? I use a mouse so it is pretty annoying and I get lazy with it.
