Been playing skyrim again a lot lately, made a new dunmer character that i love, so HAD TO DRAW HER. I must say i really like the dunmer design in skyrim, they so grim and gruff and awesomelooking DANGIT.Related content

The eyes are stunning, I can't look away. The scars make her look absolutely badass. I wouldn't want to get into her way, especially not if she's having this expression on her face.

I love the character design, it is absolutely stunning. You created a character that looks fierce and grim, but also attractive. I would not call her beautiful because she is not, but I think that she has something speical about her looks, something enthralling; maybe it is her eyes. They are simply captivating. I have no idea why, but she reminds me a little of Lisbeth Salander from that novel series...what was the title? Never mind. You created an outstanding character and the details in this piece are perfect.

Thank you so much 8D! That was my intention when making her, to make her look badass and in a weird way sorta attractieve. But not pretty. I laugh whenever some npc is like "Well arent you a pretty one, you better stay away from my husband!". LOL SHE MUST BE BLIND.

Now that you mention NPC reactions, I am wondering if Dothasi really looks as awesome ingame as in this painting. I know there are many good mods for Skyrim and that it is possible to add new options to the character creator, but I doubt that it can do your brilliant vision any justice. Maybe you could post a screenshot of ingame-Dothasi, so I could compare them.
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is the book I had in mind, thanks for helping me out.
In my first comment I forgot to add that I have great respect for artists who can come up with a character design that combines a menacing appearance with certain portion of attractiveness without turning the character into a cheesy topmodel beauty. I often try to create characters that are somewhere between badass-attractive and outright ugly, but unfortunately I am not talented enough to accomplish such a goal. I always end up with ethereal beauties (which I tend to hate) or hideous monsters, there is no in between yet.

HUmmm, well, she doesnt look identical, thats for sure. But I think she looks like a BAMF in the game too! (I'll note you a picture of her when I get back home^^ I have to take a picture of her on my TV, so its gunna.. Look prettyyyy bad. oh well XD)
