I did it.

After days of sketching, and more days editing this beast, then having to redo the whole editing process again after screwing up in some places, hours upon hours of having my fingers getting cramped, this thing is FINALLY done. *small insane laugh* I lost so much sleep doing this thing that I forgot what sleep is. :'D

Okay, being serious now, this is by far the best poster I've ever done, and one of the best things I've drawn. I busted my ass with this picture, and did a lot of tool experimenting in clip Art Studio to get the poster just how I wanted. And now I can show you all the results.

So this is the cover for my first out of two Undertale comics I'm doing called Insertale. And as the title would lead you to guess, it's basically my self insert character going through the story of Undertale. It's not the most original idea for a Undertale comic, but I want to do it for fun, and it'll be good practice to both my writing and art skills. Now I would like to say a few things about the comic:

This will be based on my own personal experience playing Undertale (will be mainly my first time reactions to the game, but some will be my reactions after playing a few rounds too since I tend to miss a few things during first playthroughs of games) However, I may add a few extra scenes and headcanons for story purposes

Insertale will be covering both the regular Pacifist route (where you kill no one, but have to fight Asgore and Omega/Photoshop Flowey) and the True Pacifist route (where you date Alphys, go to True Lab, and fight the true final boss of the route) I will also be doing extras, Q + A sessions, and possibly some epilogue stories as well.

Chara will have a huge role in the game as a tag along, and Chara is NOT evil in this either. Chara will also be gender neutral (they/them pronouns)

Since I don't want my self insert to be a flawless character, I will be portraying both my strengths and weaknesses in my character

There will only be canon romance shippings in the comic (so no Papyton, Frans, Soriel, etc.) Most of the relationships (including my self insert) will be platonic.

I may add some of my own headcanons when it comes to certain character, but I will try my best to portray all the canon characters as closely to their game counterparts as possible. But don't be mad if I add something to their character that I feel they would do.

There will be swearing, and some gore, but I won't go too far or display any content that is suggestive or sexual (I'm not the kind of guy who likes drawing that stuff anyway.) I'll be sure to put a proper warning if things do get a bit mature.

I'M NOT. DOING. THE GENOCIDE ROUTE. Seriously, I'm not. The Genocide route is the equivalent to saying the C- word or N-word to me. I have not played the Geno route and don't plan on doing it ever. Undertale is my escape from an already shitty world we live in. So please. Don't even ask me to do it.

Well, that's about it. I'm still drawing out the pages as well as working on getting other projects caught up, so I'll pull a Papyrus and leave you all be now. Until next time guys!
