Personality: Briar is very different from most Tibumeru. He despises his own Tibumeru nature, to the point that he stays on land as much as possible,avoiding the waters and other Tibumeru.This has caused the flowers to sprout across his body, as well as caused his tentacles to verge dangerously on deterioration He goes into water only enough to keep himself from rotting completely, but refuses to do more than that. He has a distinct dislike of his own body,but seems to like the flowers that sprout across it.
For a Tibumeru, Briar has gained surprising power. His methods of achieving this are not well known, but it said that he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. In fact, Briar seems to have a very cold aspect to his personality.He can be almost heartless in the way he treats. In battle, it has been said that Briar has deliberately tortured the one he's fighting against,even when they are past the ability of fighting back. He is a very smart and observent young man, and understands using the world around you to your advantage very well. A more accomplished fighter on land by far, he still has some ability in the sea to defend himself.
Since He spends most of his time on land, Briar has made himself very adept at Human policies and working with others to get his needs. He has gotten himself a human house and wears as much human-like clothing as he possibly can. Briar is silently haughty, and very proud of himself. He enjoys the finer things in life, like human wine and good clothing. To keep up with his more expensive hobbies, he has a job.What that job is,not many know. Those that work under him are sworn to silence. If anyone who does work under him leaves his power, they seem to mysteriously vanish. He is a very dangerous individual to get in business with. His rates of success,however, are undeniable. His store of information,as well, is very wide spread, and he is always willing to sell what he knows to the highest bidder,taking no sides.

History:Not much is known about Briar and his past, and he isn't willing to give any kind of hint as to what might have happened to him. It is known that when he was 17 years of age, he made his first appearance on land,and there he stayed. From that moment on, Briar devoted himself to gaining power and information. In the seven years that followed,he worked tirelessly to get to the position that he is currently in.
One event that does seem to hold some significance, however, occurred when Briar was 21. He came into contact with a pink haired,fish type Tibumeru in an unknown way. The meeting became a fight, and Briar left without a scratch. The fate of the other Tibumeru was unknown, but there have recently been sightings of him....
Bad Habits, or Specific Traits:
-Sadistic: has a habit of being unnecessarily cruel to others, holds a grudge forever.
-Dislikes being touched by any Tibumeru, has a noticeable change in behavior when talking to them.
Legend:He maintains that he has no opinions regarding the legend of how Tibumeru were created. Quietly, he is trying to gather information about it,himself.
