There are so many fun flows and gesture lines that keeps my eyes busy, I love it.
I also like the fact that clouds makes me question,
"Is she so tall and powerful that her head reaches above the clouds? or is it a well designed neck warmer that just look like clouds?"
It is visually interesting and makes me question her size

you know... I actually didnt give any thought to her scale, I just wanted to follow a theme and I thought a cloud collar would be awesome!
