I've a question. Um in the "Stars" that was never aired in the USA but I've seen enough clips in amvs Sailor Moon outfit gets a MAJOR MAKE OVER. Um do the wings sever any fuctuion or they just for show?

In the anime, they are just for show. In the manga, she uses them occationally to fly. The anime "wings" are useless. The manga wings, look and act like real wings.

You sure know a lot. I envie you. I watch last night my first sailor moon dvd which is five episode before the "Wicked Lady" bit. Do you know what Rini was saying in japanness during the episode with Emerial twin flunkies? before she realsed that massvie energy outburst. By the way WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ENERGY THING ANYWAY?

My guess is that it goes with the whole "Eternal" thing. When Darien disappeared into the mirror, it tore her heart apart. So when they recieved a message to meet Neherania, Serena took off because her heart couldn't just stand by, even though she knew it was a trap. Just like in the Super series when at the end her heart pleaded with the other senshi to lend her thier powers so she could turn into Super Sailor Moon dispite not having the Chalice in order to save Saturn, her heart did some what the same thing here, only her power boost the first time she transformed into Eternal Moon came from her heart that wanted to save her love.
As for the difference in her (like the wings, 3 piece skirt) when the others never got an eternal form in the anime, I couldn't tell you. The others did get an "eternal" form in the manga (don't know if you've seen pictures or not) where they're just like Sailor Moon only with a 2 piece skirt and without wings. Though some of them do get wings (Star lights and Kakyuu) in order to help fight Galaxia.
