Supposed to make one of the sailor moon characters into a fairy :3 Well mercury doesn't get enough love from me so I chose her. THOSE BUBBLES WERE SO FUN. Honestly I shoulda made like a better outfit for her but I've always loved her outfit. Only thing I changed really was instead of the poofy things I substituted it with rows of bubbles :3 haha. yeaah. Its late.
