The Southern Raiders is just about the classic Zutarian episode. It displays why Zuko would be at once good and bad for Katara. He backed her up completely against Aang, although revenge wasn't really what she needed, and he didn't complain about the journey or her actions. He seems to understand her more than a certain someone (a little bald monk) *cough*

Thanks. Actually it was mechanical pencil on printer paper ... then scanned and worked in Photoshop.

Yes sometimes, but my teacher didn't let me stop till it was basically perfect. So I have respect for white pencil drawings now.

you know the fasnating thing is why yon Rha Killed Katar mother was the same reason Zuko was so abbses in capturing Aang because how he was raised and haven't you notice that is why all the chracters in the show were acting the way they were in the show because how they were raised.

The old wrinkly guy she was about to kill when she and Zuko went to go look for him during the Southern Raiders episode. He killed Kya, Katara's mom, during the raid of the Fire Nation's Southern Raiders of the Southern Water Tribe years ago. Yan Ra was the leader of them back then but now has been retired of the job for 4 years. He also hs that annoying, old ugly mom of his with a giant mole on her face. She's very annoying and demanding (and if I had a mom like that I would totally run away and live with my aunt, for realz

Yan Ra is the man that killed Katara's mother. The picture is the scene right after Katara confronted him...with Zuko's help, of course.
