I save it as a 16 color bitmap, then using the earasing tool. 1st color white, second color which ever i want to use, then i click and hold down the right mouse button and run it over the selected area. Once im done coloring i make sure to save it as a png, if you save it as a 16 afterwords it will change all your colors.

Uhm, I'm confused. What do you mean by second colour and 1st colour white?
And how do I make it so that sticks to the material?

Like when your in ms paint you have the main color which is whatever one you click on, thats the first one, then the little box right next to it is the second color and its usualy white, you click on it then select the color. and to make it stick is you just right click the mouse, hold it down and when your doe just let go of the key
