And here we go! The last Aaron's Wings prologue/extra mini-comic. (At least for now, anyway.)Ante Partum, which means, "Before Childbirth."
So, what's this little comic gonna be about?
This one is just about Tempus' parents. There's really not much to it! But I hope you enjoy it, just the same~
Rated G. No swearing, no nudity, no gore.
Will Misty want critique?
First of all, I am never against critique. You wanna say something? Say it! I'm all ears, baby.
However, if the players are sometimes a little off-model from panel to panel, do not bother telling me. Odds are that I already know, and chose not to redo it (because I am le lazy), and I'm not gonna go back and redraw an entire panel for this itty-bitty comic.
Other than that, have at it! If there's just a horrible mistake that I made (or kept repeating) then you can tell me and I'll probably fix it (unless it's just not worth my time to go back and fix). If I forgot to color something in, or forgot to add in a pattern or something like that, tell me! I'm particular about little details like that.
And of course, if there's any typos, tell me and I'll fix it.
Etc, etc, etc.
The first page drops tomorrow! I'll be posting a page a day until I'm done. Unless something horrible happens and I'm somehow unable to finish a page.
I've got ten pages planned for this one. I might stretch it out to eleven or twelve pages...we'll see. It just depends on how things flow~
This is only my third comic that'll be in full color, so I hope you'll stick around and let me know what you think!

There's a lack of specificity to simply, "dark skinned couple." There's a multitude of interracial opportunities with a phrase like that.

I don't think it exactly matters which one you start from. They're all inter-connected, but don't really have to be played in a sequence.
However, it might read best if you start with Ab Incunabulis ( [link] ), then Ab Hinc ( [link] ), then Ante Partum.

I really love how they're both wearing white. It makes them seem so innocent and lovely. And the background is a really nice shade of blue; the whole work, as always, seems very harmonious and beautiful! β₯ I wonder if they're looking into a bit of the future to see their son.

It really makes them seem that much more ethereal and other-worldly, so it really pulls off a lovely effect. β₯ That also makes Tempus' black seem very interesting because it almost seems to symbolize the troubled feeling I get from him.

YES!!! OMg its starting!!! I have that excited feeling like when a movie ois about to start and its totally sighlent in the theater and then loud noise comes on! BAM!!! suddenly theres amazing artwork in front of me! I swear I can hear angels singing! I gotta say, I love your variety of characters even in a fantasy world. Too often do people make fantasy worlds of mostly white characters. I love that Zoe and Vitus are not the stereotypical elfy type or fantasy type. :}
