I must agree with you there. I hoped making it black and white would help make the difference less obvious, but there's only so much I can do about the guy with the camera...

Don't get me wrong: I like this kind of photographic clash, even if I can very well understand trying to isolate the subject from its "time" background.

I love the feeling of riding a trusted horse, with a lance in one hand. The thrill of lower the lance and charging at your opponent. The sound and feeling of power when you hit and defeat the enemy.
Even if the enemy is a simple quintain.
