i actually have a fun story involving me and my brothers playing this
long story short they named the plague doctor after me and then "plague me" went to a brothel for a week and couldn't adventure with them

You know historically while they were disturbing to look at, actual Plague Doctors were very advanced in that their creepy outifts were the first form of the bio hazard suits when they went around trying to actually cure people. However back they didn't have the concept of sterilization or even quarantine back then, it is possible that they may have unintentionally spread plague by mistake.
