Description Model is Maharet Bloom

Hat and icicle necklace was made by me, Maharet did her own makeup. We used chunky sea salt for her lips, though we didn't plan at first on doing the lips otherwise I'd have chosen sugar just so it didn't taste bad to her.

Wow, absolutely stunning shot!

I do not see many black models or pictures here on deivantart, which is really weird. Most of them seem to be white. *tries to put it the best way without sounding racist* I really like how you added more diversity to this photograph, because typically a white female would play a role in something white, like winter. I enjoy this piece very much!

Oh and a very beautiful model by the way.

Thanks very much. Yeah I have noticed that typically most models are white around dA which is one of the reasons I love to shoot models from other races. And I was so excited to do the winter series with Maharet and this was one reason, as it was a bit of a change to portray a darker woman as winter. Thanks very much.

Oh that is SO awesome, I can't wait to see more with her! She is really pretty! I really never see diversity here, and I just love that you do that. Having different models with different ethnicity is really awesome, which is one of the reasons I watched you awhile back.
