I haven't been drawing much. Especially digital stuff. ):I started this almost two years ago. I opened it for the first time in forever today, and felt the drive to finish it.
The watercolor effect on her skirt was achieved by using a watercolor paper texture, fringe effect, careful layering, and the marker tool. Not perfect, but I like it. (:
This is actually resized to 33%. The original canvas was HUGE for some reason.
