I've got nothing else to post, so have a little dump of sketches I did in past weeks!Colored pencils, sharpie and watercolors were used and most of it done in class
(also some of it are sketches for my semester film, but the finished thing will in no way look this neat hehe)

The animals are really mesmerizing. I love seeing how you build them out of smaller colored shapes, and how the negative space helps to define them. There's a really neat flow, and look and personality to them that's fun to look at. I love the bright, bold colors, too.
The little character you have sketches of in the top right corner is really fun. I like his big eyes and that big, silly grin in the middle sketch. I like how the big arms and upper body combined with the tiny legs make for a fun running pose, too.
The faces at the bottom are really pretty!
The loooong-legged cat midway down the page is pretty interesting, too.

Well, well. You have quite good illustrations, all that is missing to create a book is a story (or perhaps three short ones).
(And I was trying to find my favorite part of the drawing, but it seems to be hopeless, there is too much of a good ones in the picture.)

Gee I would love to make a book or something like that, but whenever I try to work seriously I get blocked somehow. Not to mention I lack ideas for said stories :/

Maybe because doing things seriously is not fun at all...
And the stories are halfway there you just need to pick them up. I smell some fables or maybe fantastic imaginary worlds as seen by small child (which reminds me minus [link] btw). All that it would take is some time.

I guess picking up would be the hardest part for me, I'm capable of inventing really rough drafts, but it lacks any depth or cleverness or.. you know. But you're right, I just wish I wasn't this lazy, then it could develop into something

From my experience doing anything for living is, most of the time, less fun than doing the same just for fun. Just because of the fact you have to do that and that you have to finish it and so... The same goes for learning something. At least for me.
And be grateful for your laziness, right amount of it is needed for doing things elegantly and right. It's the laziness that makes you choose right tool for the job because you are too lazy to spend far more time doing it with wrong one.
I've happen to read it just recently and I've been amazed both by the art and the story...

ahaha ehm.. řekněme, že to bude překvapení. mám totiž pocit, že jsem si vymyslela zase něco, co nedokážu zvládnout

(ghhhh...hlavně nechci myslet na tu svoji...zdála se v pohodě protože jsem ji měla celou naplánovanou na dělání v tvpaintu ale bylo mi řečeno že by se to "digitálem zničilo" a tak to budu muset dělat ručně

Wauu tak to přeju hodně štěstí. Mě do toho loni taky Hejci nutil, ale moje neschopnost dokončovat věci včas mě stejně nakonec přinutila použít počítač hehe
