Awesome pic! I love it!

I really like his expression a lot. I like how some of your recent pics have had more intense, more emotive expressions on them. I like how he has hard, piercing eyes, and I think his scowl overall shows his rigid, strong, displeased emotion.
I like the shape of his face, with the stronger lines and squared jaw.
His outfit is awesome! I love how shirt (robe?) has the detailed little swirl patterns, and how that helps to establish the texture of it. I like his cloak, and how it hangs across his shoulder...it gives him a regal look, that only adds to the strong, rigid personality he seems to have.
The quick, busy, energetic hatchmarks you use to draw and shade the creatures with create a cool effect. I think that it gives them, like I said, a busier, more energetic look...a frantic, manic energy, that makes them look scarier, because the energetic movement the lines, contained in the creatures' forms, makes you stand anxiously expecting them to just BAM explode into vicious action. XD
I love the background! The cold, quiet scene has a mysterious feel to it thanks to the cloudlike snow/mist/fog. Though I have a feeling it probably feels less mysterious with the proper bluish shade, but I still think it would look great either way. XD
