Description
I suppose this is a followup to the Rainbow Rarity piece where I only take the parts of the rainbow-power design that I like: big glowy wings and long sparkly hair. I decided to leave out the glowy hooves because it made things too cluttered.

Well, most horses have long manes. And there are some breeds with very long and gracious one.
But, do you know why they have a long mane? I mean real horses.

Obviously to look majestic when galloping across the plains.

Yeah. Pretty poetic there and I can't deny it.
But, it is mostly for protection against the weather. And the tail for driving away the flies. Not so poetic, but horse hair is comparable to human hair.

That's almost her normal design, too. With only the added colours of the wings and the gorgeous shiny mane and tail. I approve of this rendering.
