This isn't the greatest piece of introduction art ever but I'm out of state right now

So here goes:

Name: Cumulonimbus Concerto
Species: Earth pony
Lives: Solkerfi
Since she lives in solkerfi but can't fly she is mostly cloud bound. Sometimes she gets a temporary wing spell from a friend. It allows her to gain transparent wings that are VERY delicate (can't fly in strong wind, or precipitation)
Hair turns into cloudy mist at the end
Hair sparkles only show in Solkerfi, the rest of the time they are invisible
She likes to travel and visit other areas in my world because she feels inferior in Solkerfi since she can't fly
She however meets a lot of friends in Solkerfi who convince her that she belongs there just as much as everyone else and to continue living there
